Studio calculates the Moon's phase and illumination for your date, time and place. It is an artistic view of the Moon, not a photograph of the weather or visibility that night. The artwork on this page is an example; your moon is generated for your own moment.

Can I see my moon print before I buy?

Yes. Open Studio, enter your date, time and place, then choose a design and add your words. You can preview and adjust your print before choosing a format and adding it to your cart.

Can I try a different design?

Yes. Studio offers fifteen designs, from classic and modern layouts to vintage pages and moon calendars. Your date, time, place, names and words stay with you as you switch; each design arranges them differently.

Can I choose a print or a digital file?

Yes. Choose a Poster or Fine Art print to give as a physical keepsake, or a digital file to print yourself. Available sizes and prices are shown in Studio before you add your moon print to the cart.

Is a frame included?

No. Poster and Fine Art orders include your personalized, unframed print, so you can choose a frame that suits their home. Digital orders include a downloadable file, with no physical print or frame.
