Refund policy

You may return an Astrography print within 14 calendar days of delivery and you will receive refund of 100% of the value of the ordered products minus the shipping cost. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. Astrography print needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided on the contact page.

After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received Astrography prints the original shipping costs won’t be refunded.

Also, our return policy is not applied to custom prints (custom prints are non-refundable).

Our optional Shipping Assurance provides comprehensive protection for customers' orders from the moment they leaves our studio. Customers can rest assured, as coverage against loss, theft, or damage is maintained—even after unboxing. Should any issues arise, our efficient claims process is designed to facilitate prompt resolutions (we will send a replacement with no questions asked).
